Toronto Sights, Sounds and Hotels
A visit to the Toronto Islands is worthwhile. A ferry takes you to island parklands where you can stroll along shaded paths among peaceful waterways, feed the ducks, ride bike, ride boats, play tennis and relax in this glorious place. On Ward and Algonquin islands modest cottages are the homes to some 600 people but on Centre Island there is amusement of an old fashioned kind in Centreville, complete with an old fashioned train, fire engines and antique cars in an old village of yesteryear.
No matter where you go in Toronto you will find a myriad of things to keep you enthralled and entertained, and Toronto Islands just add to the excitment. One thing is for sure, you will need to choose one of the superior Toronto hotels where you can relax after a hard days fun.
